Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Pharmbells cloud ERP platform ("Service") operated by Hiyan Enterprises Pvt Ltd. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. Fees are generally not refunded in such cases.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Conduct or facilitate any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion.
• Store, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
• Engage in or promote pyramid schemes, ponzi schemes, or similar fraudulent activities.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

2. Email and Communication Abuse

If the Service includes email or messaging features, you may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
• Send messages without proper consent from the recipients.
• Forge email headers or use deceptive subject lines.
• Use the Service to harvest email addresses or personal information.

3. Security Violations

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorization from us.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks used to provide it.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to launch attacks against other systems or networks.

4. Resource Limits

• The Service is intended for normal business use. Automated scripts, bots, or processes that place excessive load on the Service are prohibited without prior approval.
• API usage should be reasonable. As a guideline, API calls should not exceed 1 request per second per account. Parallel or bulk API calls require prior approval.
• Storage usage should be consistent with normal business operations. Accounts with unusually high storage consumption may be asked to reduce usage or upgrade to an appropriate plan.

5. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
• Remove or disable content that violates this AUP.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without prior notice depending on the severity.
• Report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us at info@pharmbells.in.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
